Do I need to provide payment details to start my trial?
No. You do not have to provide your payment details during the trial period.
What happens after my trial ends?
After the trial you will be automatically downgraded to our free plan if you do nothing. If you chose to keep your premium membership, you will need to enter your payment details and start your subscription.
Which payments methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, SOFORT Banking, iDeal, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24, Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net and ING Home'Pay. All payments are handled by Mollie Payments.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Our monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
How do I cancel my premium membership?
When you are logged in, go to your settings, click on 'manage subscription' and then on 'cancel subscription'. Please cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end date of your subscription.
What happens when I cancel my membership?
You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end date of your subscription. After that, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No. You can test our premium features for free during the 30-day free trial. If you decide to subscribe to a premium membership, you will have access to the premium features until the end date of your subscription.
Do you offer discounts?
No. You can always use the app for free. In addition, we try to keep the costs of our premium membership low, so that it is affordable for everyone.
